Did Not Receive My Shipment May 8, 2008

I made a purchase through Amazon.com, I bought a book called "The Rodriguez Name in History. I was going to write a review, but never received the package. I tracked the UPS tracker number, and lo and behold, UPS claims to have delivered it to the front door. Hmmmm, there's someone here 24-7, and no one saw ANY UPS delivery, there was NO package sitting by the front door, and NO one ever signed acknowledging receipt. I'm currently working with Amazon.com, since I am an associate at one of the facilities, to resolve this situation, and find out why UPS is mistating the status of my package. Needless to say, I believe I will not be making anymore purchases, unless we can find some other means of delivery, and of course I get my book, or a refund.
