Great Book January 6, 2009
This book has something for everyone. And easy. Rachel really knows how to put together everyday things for even the beginner. I'm not a great cook and I can put together most of these things. Like I said, something for everyone. Buy it.
Inspiring and tasty collection of recipes January 4, 2009
I can always count on a Rachel Ray recipe to taste fantastic. She has an excellent palate and can put in ingredients together that taste incredible. I received this as a Christmas present and have been cooking like crazy since. I've been in a bit of a "cooking rut" and this has me totally refreshed. I highly recommend the Steakhouse Shepherd's Pie and the Ground Gyros Platter deluxe (these, by the way, taste almost better than the real thing). I look forward to trying just about everything in this book!

I checked the book out of the library and cooked several meals from it for my family . . . all seemed to be winners!! Then I had to return it to the library . . .so I asked Santa for it. Since I received it a little early, I even cooked Christmas dinner from the book . . . .look towards the back - another winner!! Now I can continue my dinner winning streak and keep trying the great ideas!! Even though I swore I would never own a Rachael Ray cookbook . . . this is the book to own!!

great book, ideas. purchased for college student living off campus and he loved it so that he will not eat out every night--instead find a recipe from book. Easy to read and great helpful facts for a new cook.
