Product failed twice in 10 minutes in the pool.
I returned the second replacement within the time period allowed by their bogus warranty. After a month of jerking me around, they sent an unwanted second replacement , which I am going to return unopened.
Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this outfit. The worst web purchase experience I've ever had.
Not worth it May 9, 2010
Used this once and not even for laps. I was doing only water aerobics so it hardly was under water. Upon returning home discovered the finish was peeling and it was dead. Even after charging again for ten hours did not bring it back to life so returned for a refund.

My wife bought this for me to make my swim training more fun. I was excited and everything seemed to be legit until i swam with it. After 1st use, the finish peeled and buttons would not work. During the 2nd use the volume function was stuck at max level. Now water has gotten inside and product does not turn on.
I would recommend another brand. Unfortunately for me 21 days from original purchase date lapsed and only response from the company was "send back for replacement". They did not bother to answer any of my other questions or post my review on their website.
Do your research, read the reviews!! I'm starting to question the company Fitness technologies, seems like a shady company to me? Still no responses yet.

I bought the TEMPO G2 from Amazon last month. I swim almost every day in an indoor pool and find this product very reliable. The medium eartips were too short but the long ones are just perfect and comfortable. I set the Player to repeat different songs every day so I never get bored. The FM tuner cannot get all the FM stations (because I swim indoors) but the 10-12 stations I have access to are more than enough and reception is great.

I bought the TEMPO G2 Waterproof MP3 several weeks ago and use it every day. Last week I lost one eartip
and contacted the company for replacement. I was willing to pay but they sent me 2 eartips at no cost.
Great support and service. A great unique MP3 Player that looks elegant and is 100% Waterproof. No other MP3
can claim such a feature. The Tempo G2 MP3 player has a built-in FM radio and holds thousands of my personal music
downloaded from my computer.
