Good buy July 15, 2010
Been through 3 much more expensive headsets so I decided to try something cheaper. The headset sounds great and no more hissing from the connector on the more expensive headsets.

When I received the product in nothing more than a padded envelope, you can imagine that I thought I'd just bought junk. From outward appearances, the headset does not appear to be all that high quality, but for the price, what do you expect? However, I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality, the comfort, and it appears it is holding up extremely well.
I am actually thinking about purchasing another for a backup. It's well worth the price.

We recently converted our office to Cisco 7942 phones. I bought one of these and liked it so much, I have ordered another 6 for the rest of my group. As others have said, it is amazing how inexpensive it is, compared to other headsets for Cisco phones.
