5 out of 5 stars Sarah and Harrison's camera's   January 6, 2009
We have given 2 of these camera's to two different and unrelated children. The cameras are excellent, well encased and fun to use. They connect well to the computer for downloading pictures.
We/they and their parents are pleased with our purchases.

3 out of 5 stars Good fun, keeps your own camera out of their hands   January 6, 2009
We have two of these for our twins and they like to see the picture on the back after taking it. I was not expecting the picture quality to be great (not compared to our adult camera for $$) but the actual quality is lower than I thought it would be. It is not as good as my 1.3 megapixel phone camera even those it is supposed to be the same resolution. It DOES do the trick though. They get their own cameras in stead of wanting to take pictures with mom & dad's Nikon D70. :)

3 out of 5 stars Fun but poor battery life   January 6, 2009
My kids love this camera. It's fun for me, as well, because the kids take the funniest pictures. The camera is easy to use and durable and holds over 300 pictures. My only complaint is the battery life. It takes 4 AAA's and they die in a day. Rechargeables are the only way to go and it should be included with the camera. It would also be nice to be able to turn the display OFF to save battery life since there is an optical view finder. If you buy this, buy stock in Duracell at the same time.

3 out of 5 stars Good Beginner Camera for a Youngster!!   January 6, 2009
The camera is really cute. A little bulky, but our daughter seems to have no problem holding it to take pictures. It was very very simple to show her how to use all of the functions. So far its seems to be durable. My ONLY complaint is the picture quality. It is really bad. Most cell phones take better pictures. The photos are very grainy. I guess for a 5 year old it is okay and is good for her first real camera. One other note, the flash will not turn off, you must use the flash with every picture taken. Would I buy it over again? Yes, it is worth $40 to see how often she uses it before buying her a more expensive camera.

5 out of 5 stars It is OK!   January 6, 2009
I don't think the pictures are that great but for a small child it is OK. The pics are alittle fuzzy at times but overall for the price you can't beat it.
