the product is made badly and my 5 year old could have written better directions. It shouldn't take this long to assemble this product, there just aren't that many parts. The diagrams are also poorly done. Once you think your done you can't put the top ring on b/c the pins are pointing in the wrong directions, which should have been avoidable if the directions were clear. Lastly after my 2 year old and 5 year old had been jumping on it, separately, for about an hour the enclosure tore. The enclosure is sewn to the trampoline so everything but the metal frame needed to be replaced. The company is in Australia and they didn't respond to the emails I sent.I stand corrected they responded to the emails, still no trampoline:(

I just got this on sale and I am extremely pleased with the purchase! My 2 year old son loves it and I feel like he is safe and secure inside the enclosure. We set it up in the basement, because I had read other reviews that keeping it outside was not a good idea because of dry rot and sun damage. All of the parts are clearly numbered and this is really not hard to put together at all. Just make sure that the little "push buttons" for the very top of the enclosure will be on the inside of the ring and you'll have it put together in no time:) It's alot larger than I had expected. My son and I can both fit together. I'll be sad when he gets too big and we hit the weight limit of 153 lbs. I would definitely recommend this product!

This is the perfect answer for someone with small kids and a small back yard. Both of my sons ages 2 and 4 jump for hours. This trampoline is very well made and very sturdy! Great product!
