A Cute Couple December 27, 2008
My child fell in love with Jack and Sally about the same time as her cousin so for Christmas 2007, I bought each of them this set along with Nightmare Before Christmas, The. The gifts were an absolute hit! Both girls loved their set and still play constantly with their dolls.
It's been a year and everything is still intact on all the dolls.

My daughter loves Nightmare Before Christmas so I thought this would be a great Christmas present. However, they are almost the same size as a coke can. I guess I over looked the 7" in the description.

Honestly, my 7 year old loves everything about The Nightmare Before Christmas and this was just an added perk! She loves that she can have Jack & Sally with her when she wants. The dolls are durable, but they do need some care. Otherwise a great toy!

I guess I was just expecting more from this gift, and it is partially my fault for not reading the full description better but i basically expected them to be bigger, both from the picture and just in general due to the level of detail required to reproduce the characters. I will be keeeping them and giving them as a gift as intended, and see how well they go over, but my not hoping for a lot, definitely had higher expectations for the product than what was delivered.

First of all, I would not call these "toys". I used them has Halloween decorations, and they were a fun way to bring my favorite movie into my decor. They are on the small side, but the description does say "7 inches". I'm happy with my new decorations, and have moved them to my toy drawer for visiting little ones.
